C-13 Strategies to Eliminate Barriers to Program Access
CriteriaSection 1: Upload classroom/lab potos or invoices whosing that the room arrangement is accessible for all students and includes at least one adjustable workstation.
Section 2: Upload evidence that the classroom environment, curriculum, and materials are free of bias. Upload the textbook/software publishers bias-free statement. Upload photos of classroom displays and learning environment. Section 3: Upload evidence that program recruitment stragegies and application are fair to all students. ----- MICCDA members have contributed numerous examples of documentation used by various programs to provide evidence of compliance and promising practices. These are simply examples that educators and administrators can use to determine what documentation may be needed for their programs. Non-Traditional StudentsNon-Traditional students are determined by the percentage of one gender in a career field falling under 25% of the total number of workers in that field.
